At Travelpro®, we stand by the quality of our luggage and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect travel companion, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 100 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser or email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
