What should I do if there is an issue with the luggage received?
If you encounter any problems with your luggage, please notify us. Our team will respond within 12 hours.

How do I set the code when I first get it?
1. Rotate the dials to the original combination: 0-0-0.
2. Press the button with a pen, set your new combination (e.g., 8-8-8), and then release the square part.
3. Lock the case again, and your new code will now unlock the case.

How to use the charging port outside the luggage?
1. Open the front pocket and retrieve the cable inside.
2. Connect the cable to a power bank. (Note: The USB input only works with USB output, and the USB-C input only works with USB-C output.)
3. Open the external port, connect the cable, and plug it into your phone.

Why wasn’t a key included with the luggage I received?
Our luggage features a TSA-approved lock, which is secured with a PIN code. We do not provide a key for this lock, as keys for customs locks are exclusively for customs officials.

Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?
The absence of zipper pulls on the interior is a deliberate design choice to prevent any potential scratching or damage to your items.
