What is covered under the Travelpro® lifetime warranty?
Our limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Certain collections also include 'Worry-Free' coverage which protects against damage caused by airlines or other common carriers.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to process and deliver. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those with upcoming departure dates.
What is your return policy for unused luggage?
We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 100 days for a full refund. We even provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience.
How do I clean and maintain my Travelpro® bag?
For fabric luggage, we recommend using a high-quality soap and warm water solution. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents. For hardside models, a soft cloth and mild dish soap will remove most scuffs and dirt.
Do your carry-on bags meet international airline requirements?
Most of our carry-on models are designed to meet standard domestic airline requirements. We also offer specific 'International' sized carry-ons designed to fit the stricter sizer bins used by global carriers.
